About hypnosis

It is similar to a deep state of meditation that relaxes the body and calms the mind, allowing access to your subconscious. Your subconscious is a huge warehouse where you store all the information, experiences, memories, beliefs, and emotions that you may have forgotten or not consciously processed, but which still shape your life.

Hypnosis is a state of deep concentration or relaxation in which a person is very focused on certain thoughts, images, or feelings , while simultaneously reducing their conscious attention to their surroundings. In hypnosis, the mind is very receptive and open to suggestions, which means that subconscious processes can be activated more easily. It is not the same as sleeping – a person in hypnosis is fully conscious, but focused on internal experience, not the external world.

Hypnosis is a completely natural state that each of us has experienced. This is, for example, like when we put the phone on “do not disturb”, we focus only on what we want to do and eliminate distractions , such as calls, messages or notifications. In hypnosis, a similar thing happens to your mind – you are “shut down” from all external distractions and focused only on the internal process.

None of us came into this world believing that we were not good enough, that we could not have everything we wanted, or that we could not connect with other people and that we would be rejected because of it. We acquire and have acquired all of these beliefs throughout our lives, and all of it is stored in our subconscious.

When we are in hypnosis, we have access to all the events, situations, opportunities, and predicaments that have shaped our beliefs and ourselves. RTT allows us to recognize and understand why, when, where, and how we acquired beliefs that we don’t need, that drag us down, hold us back, and prevent us from living the way we want and deserve.

Once we recognize and understand this, we can free ourselves from all our toxic and limiting thoughts and beliefs. And then, incorporate new, better, helpful beliefs and thoughts that will literally change our lives and allow us to LIVE!
