When will I start noticing changes?
There are 3 types of changes a person may notice after RTT ® therapy – each person is different:
Immediate: Feel a big shift right away – immediate changes in mindset, behavior, and physical changes right during the session.
Cumulative: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
Retroactive: You don’t see the changes right away, but one day you suddenly look back and notice all the things that have changed in your life.

Can I get "stuck" in hypnosis?
No!! You are in complete control the entire time. You can talk, move your body, grab a tissue, even open your eyes and get up and leave. In case we are doing a session online and our call is interrupted, you might fall asleep if you are really relaxed, but eventually you will notice that you cannot hear my voice and open your eyes.
How many RTT ® sessions do I need?
The number of sessions will vary depending on your problem. In most cases, you will need between one and three sessions. Some people may need more.
What is the price of a session?
The price of a session varies depending on whether you opt for a single session or a package that includes three sessions. We will be happy to discuss pricing and options during your initial call to find the best plan to suit your needs.
