Katie Price: “I’m not having these procedures to look younger. It’s probably because I’m unfulfilled and attention-seeking, that I’ve never felt like I’m worth anything or that I look good enough.”

Katie Price, the British television star and model known for her numerous plastic surgeries, recently spoke openly about how her quest for external perfection wasn’t just a desire to look younger – it was deeply rooted in feelings of unfulfillment and a need for attention, acknowledging what many feel, even if they may not say it out loud. Her journey, while deeply personal, is not unique.

As an RTT practitioner, I meet people like Katie who are looking for answers to their inner dilemmas in outer changes. However, everything we need is already within us.

Often the desire for external change is an attempt to heal internal wounds, insecurities, and unfulfillment. We try to find answers to our insecurities through changes that society imposes on us as norms, but real change always starts from within.
So I invite my readers to ask themselves – how connected are you to yourself, to your sense of inner worth? How much do you submit to external norms that dictate who and what you should be? Is another surgery really needed, another filter on your image, or maybe just a moment to really look at yourself, fully, and say to yourself: “I am enough. I am enough just the way I am.”

RTT, or Rapid Transformational Therapy, is a method that helps you identify deep unconscious blockages and limiting beliefs that shape your current behavior and perception of yourself.

Imagine feeling beautiful, smart, and perfect just the way you are, regardless of what others think. Imagine your inner self-esteem and your inner worth are solid and independent of what others think, how many “likes” you get, or how many cosmetic procedures you’ve undergone.

Real change comes from within. This doesn’t mean that external changes, like plastic surgery, are necessarily bad or unacceptable. Sometimes they are a tool that helps us feel better about ourselves. But in order to create long-term emotional stability, self-confidence, and true beauty, it’s important to remember the fundamental truth – true beauty begins with accepting ourselves as we are, despite our external imperfections. And remember, perfection doesn’t exist. People who strive for perfection are the unhappiest people.

RTT does just that: it frees you from the need to seek external changes to feel happy in your own skin. Instead, with RTT you can discover the power of self-acceptance, build inner self-esteem, and accept yourself completely, regardless of what society considers the “norm.”

RTT as a tool for deeper change

RTT is not an alternative to plastic surgery, but it is an extremely useful method for those who want to achieve deep and lasting changes, for those who want to forever get rid of old and bad beliefs that no longer serve them today, for those who want to let go of the past and dive into a better version of themselves.
