If you want to change your world, start with your own thoughts.<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Every change in life begins from within \u2013 in our minds. Our reality is a reflection of what we think, feel and do. Every thought we have shapes our feelings, and our feelings then shape our actions and behaviour. Understanding this connection between thoughts, feelings and actions is key to achieving lasting change. <\/p>\n

One of the entertaining depictions of this inner freedom is found in the 1967<\/strong> animated film Krek<\/strong><\/em> , directed by Borivoje Dovnikovi\u0107 \u2013 Borda<\/strong> , created at the Zagreb School of Animated Film. <\/p>\n

The film depicts a soldier whose day is filled with orders, routine, and other people’s expectations. His life is limited by rules and orders, with no room for his own desires and thoughts. However, everything changes when he closes his eyes and enters his own world of imagination. Then a green frog appears, a symbol of his inner freedom. Together they travel, create, laugh, dance \u2013 he is no longer a soldier, he is free. Despite the commander’s efforts to destroy the frog, he always returns \u2013 perhaps wounded, on crutches, but never defeated, even with new frogs. <\/p>\n

The message of the film is simple:<\/strong>
Our thoughts are our power. No one can take it away from us. What we think shapes our feelings. What we feel shapes our actions and our reality. And when we change our thoughts, our whole world changes. <\/p>\n

Our thoughts are not just abstract ideas, they shape our lives. If we want to change our reality, we must first change our thoughts. That change begins from within. Changing our thoughts<\/strong> leads to changing our feelings, then to changing our behavior, and finally to changing our circumstances. And then it’s not just our thoughts anymore, it’s us. <\/p>\n

We all have the power to shape our own reality. The key is to understand that the power of change lies in our own hands. The first step to change is recognizing the power of our thoughts and taking responsibility for them. When we change the way we think, our feelings, actions, and behaviors will no longer be <\/p>\n
