While estrogen protects against diseases like diabetes at a younger age, its decline after menopause increases the risk of metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. <\/p><p>Aging also brings other challenges: osteoporosis, loss of muscle mass, sleep disorders, sexual dysfunction, as well as emotional difficulties such as anxiety, reduced self-confidence or chronic fatigue. All this can strongly affect the quality of life. <\/p><p>Caring for women&#8217;s health is not just about treating symptoms. It requires understanding the whole \u2013 the physical, emotional and hormonal processes that are interconnected.
